Embroidery Process
🖥️ Designing from CAD or Artwork
Our embroidery journey starts with crafting a design using CAD software or client-provided artwork. This digital blueprint ensures precision and captures every detail needed for the final stitch.
🪡 Punching
Once the design is ready, it’s converted into a stitch format through punching. This step programs the embroidery machine to know exactly where and how to stitch the design.
🎯 Sampling
Before mass production, a sample is created to verify thread colors, accuracy, and overall finish. This ensures that the client gets exactly what they envisioned.
🏭 Bulk Production
After approval of the sample, we move on to bulk production. Our high-speed embroidery machines produce consistent, high-quality results at scale.
🚚 Delivery
The final products are carefully packed and delivered on time, ensuring they reach the client in perfect condition and ready for use.
